An Account NI intranet site is available for NICS staff by following the links on the DFP and NICS intranet home pages.
Account NI will modernise accounting processes across all Northern Ireland Departments.
A key change will be the setting up of a Shared Service Centre (SSC) to deliver centralised transaction processing services, such as payments processing, to all Departments. The SSC is planned to be fully operational by April 2009. A new Account NI website is under construction and will be launched shortly after the Conference Room Pilot 2 (CRP2) event taking place in April 2007.
